Out of the Woods in Layton, Utah is looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our cabinet assembly team! This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in woodworking, construction, manufacturing, assembly, or cabinetry - or someone who simply enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.Pay: $16 - $22/hr Schedule: Mon - Thurs 6a - 3:30p&Fri 6a - 11a Benefits available: Medical, Dental, Vision Simple IRA Voluntary Life Insurance Up to 6 PTO days per year and 6 paid holidays What You'll Be Doing: Assembling cabinets using finished wood components and hardware Installing drawer slides, doors, drawer fronts, and accessories Reading blueprints, work orders, and measurementsUsing hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace Working closely with teammates and communicating with professionalism and respect Some team members may also assist with deliveries by: Loading and unloading cabinets Delivering products safely to job sitesOperating company vehicles responsibly Interacting professionally with customers onsite What We're Looking For: Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, manufacturing, assembly, construction, or related fields preferred Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic mathStrong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment Work Environment: This is an active, hands-on warehouse role where you'll be on your feet, working with tools, moving materials, and helping create high-quality finished products.
