Are you a master of logistics who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Trucking Dispatcher to serve as the heartbeat of our fleet operations. You’ll be the primary link between our drivers and our customers, ensuring that freight moves safely, efficiently, and on time.

If you can stay cool under pressure, solve puzzles on the fly, and keep a fleet of drivers motivated, you’ll fit right in.

salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Route Coordination: Plan and assign loads to drivers based on equipment availability, driver hours (HOS), and customer deadlines.

• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers; provide clear instructions, weather updates, and troubleshooting support.

• Monitoring: Track fleet movement in real-time using GPS and ELD systems to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

• Problem Solving: Rapidly resolve transit delays, equipment breakdowns, or scheduling conflicts to minimize impact on the customer.

• Compliance: Ensure all loads and driver logs adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies.

• Customer Service: Provide professional updates to clients regarding their shipments and manage high-volume calls and emails.
