Responsibilities
Credit Management
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Bank Reconciliation
Communicate among co-workers at Accounting Dept.
Communicate with local branch office accounting personnel as well as operation team and branch managers
Learn accounting system CODA and run report and post journals
Learn operation system Descartes (ONEVIEW) / Cargowise to view each shipment files (what operation team enter AR and AP in their system)
Oversea settlement with other oversea offices/agents
Report to Accounting Manager
Qualifications
BA degree with accounting major or equivalent
Japanese skill
is a big plus
Excellence Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel -Vlookup, Pivot, Microsoft Outlook
