Key Responsibilities

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will:

Provide technical leadership on highly complex, cross-functional initiatives

Break down large, ambiguous challenges into clear, executable solutions

Design systems with a deep understanding of interdependencies and limitations

Apply expert-level knowledge in performance, scalability, and system architecture

Mentor engineers across teams and support managers in developing their talent

Drive technical alignment across multiple teams, boosting productivity through thought leadership

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to guide key technology decisions

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on, non-internship professional software development experience

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design

Preferred Qualifications

Deep technical expertise in at least one core area:

Large-scale full stack development

Distributed system architecture

Global-scale networking and infrastructure design

Experience operating at senior leadership levels as a technical thought partner

Passion for mentoring and growing engineering talent
