Pay Range:$51.26-$73.24/Hrs

Description

• Oversee delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions.

• Ensure end-to-end delivery of programs and projects with a focus on quality and user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and track deliverables.

• Manage user migration, communication, and training for programs.

• Prepare reports and updates for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall program execution and health, including tasks, risks, and dependencies.

• Collaborate with teams to identify critical tasks and dependencies.

• Track issues, risks, and mitigation plans before implementation.

• Document improvement plans during delivery.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience working on technology initiatives.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in generic office productivity software.

• Experience with regulated messaging services or equivalent projects preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
