Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries Qualify prospects by identifying needs, pain points, and decision criteria Effectively present Protech's services and value proposition to drive conversion Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targetsDrive service upsell opportunities and proactively communicate relevant service notifications to customers Accurately document all interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experienceProvide ongoing feedback on lead quality, customer insights, and messaging effectiveness to improve overall sales performance Qualifications
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a high-activity environment Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly Demonstrated ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred What We Offer
