What You'll Do

As the Structural Section Head, you will:

Drive the strategic growth of the structural department in coordination with senior leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (from an accredited institution)

Professional Engineer (PE) License

10+ years of experience in structural or civil engineering

Proven success in project management and business development

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

Strong local client network, including county and state agencies

Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
