This role is responsible for handling materials, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization
- Complete other general warehouse duties as assigned
Work Environment
Expect to work 10-12 hours per day, 4-5 days a week, based on production needs, with a standard schedule of 4x10s. The first shift starts at 6 am, and the second shift begins at 4 pm. The facility is not temperature-controlled, and employees will engage in tasks like tearing down, cleaning, reassembling, and testing equipment. As an employee-owned company, we practice Open Book Management, encouraging input and transparency in business operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.73 - $19.75/hr.
