This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and also work closely with the Director of Administrative Services.
Customer Service is an integral part of the Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex team.
Responsibilities will include greeting customers; answering telephones; distributing mail; registering patrons for courses, memberships and events using ParksDirect; and monitoring traffic along Main Street (main corridor in the building).
