Lead residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to code Supervise helpers or junior installers Communicate effectively with customers and team members Requirements

5+ years of HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and best practices Ability to lead a job from start to finish Valid driver’s license EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Compensation

$75,000– $100,000 annually , based on experience and performance What We Offer
