Morris&Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a
Senior Civil Engineer
with 10+ years of experience for the
Land Development Group
in our Georgetown, DE Office. This position is responsible for hands-on design and management of land development projects from initial project planning through preparation of construction documents and permitting. At MRA, you’ll work on a diverse mix of
commercial and residential development projects , collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions across the Mid-Atlantic. Requirements Experience in
private residential land development
and
commercial land development Extensive experience designing and managing
medium to large-scale projects Proficiency in:
Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm drain design ,
Grading,
Erosion&Sediment Control (ESC) design
and
Utility design Working knowledge of
Delaware state and local regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets, schedules, and county/municipal reviews Experience
leading and managing staff/personnel Strong communication skills with clients and company
