S&S Tire, a leading independent tire distributor, is seeking an onsite Network and Security Specialist to support and secure our multi-site network across warehouse and office locations. This role ensures reliable connectivity, protects systems, and supports day-to-day operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.Responsibilities Maintain and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless) across locations Monitor performance and troubleshoot network issues impacting operations Implement and manage security tools (firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS) Conduct vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidentsSupport secure remote access and user access controls Assist with system integrations, backups, and disaster recovery Qualifications 2+ years of network and/or cybersecurity experience Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools Familiarity with Windows/Linux environmentsExperience in multi-site or distribution environments preferred Local residents only, as this position is onsite Preferred Certifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Knowledge of ERP or warehouse systems
