Are you a people-first leader who thrives on helping teams reach their full potential? Westview Veterinary Hospital in Powell River, BC is looking for a Hospital Manager who’s passionate about team culture, operational excellence, and delivering standout client and patient care.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Managing DVM to lead day-to-day operations and shape a thriving, high-performin g clinic environment. You’ll help us drive results, develop your team, and engage every client interaction with empathy and clarity.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead with a balance of heart and strategy, developing a high-performin g team, delivering coaching, and fostering a positive culture.
* Own hospital operations including payroll, inventory, policy compliance (CVO/Controlle d Substances), and vendor relationships.
* Collaborate with the Managing DVM to support staffing needs, from hiring and onboarding, to performance management and team building.
* Ensure an exceptional client experience, resolving issues with compassion, professionalis m and focused on solutions.
* Use your problem-solvin g and planning skills to manage costs, optimize revenue, and support long-term success.
* Lead through ambiguity with confidence, courage, and clarity, knowing when to adapt, when to push forward, and how to keep the team aligned through change

Compensation:
* $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary, depending on experience
* Eligible for bonus opportunities
