Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler in a shift assembly role from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Whether you are new to assembly or have 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for assembling and installing small components at a desk, with the flexibility to sit or stand throughout the day. You will perform quality inspections and work from assembly instructions, with training provided for reliable and eager candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install small components at a desk.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure high standards.
- Work from detailed assembly instructions.
- Assist in other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and independence.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measures.
- Understanding of assembly processes including mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Ability to work from blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must not be color blind as the role involves assembling different color wires.
- Independent and flexible to assist in other areas as needed.

Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled, well-lit warehouse environment, primarily involving sit-down assembly tasks.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudsonville, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
