Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating precision machinery used to manufacture and inspect airplane parts and components.

Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.10 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm )

2/2/3 schedule with 12hours shifts starting at 6AM. For the initial month of training it will be days only then rotation day / night every 2 months.

Operate CNC machines, lathes, grinders, or other manufacturing equipment used for aircraft components 

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

Measure and inspect airplane parts using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Load raw materials and monitor machine operations for quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machinery Maintain accurate production and inspection records

Machine Operator Qualifications:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

CNC experience is a plus Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
