Automation Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
• Select and integrate control hardware, sensors, and instrumentation
• Troubleshoot, test, and commission automation systems
• Ensure system performance, safety, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with engineers and field technicians
• Maintain documentation and technical reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or Associate’s + 5 years experience)
• 3+ years in controls or automation engineering
• Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA platforms
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
