Estimator

The Estimator will be responsible for Estimating and Pre-Construction for Low Voltage Installation/Construction projects. Responsibilities include estimating and quantity take-offs, preparing and managing bid packages, scheduling, cost control, managing RFI, subcontractor management, client relations, procurement, bid analysis, and quality control.Requirements include 5+ years' Low Voltage Estimating experience, an Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred, experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word, takeoff experience preferred, as well as the ability to learn various Estimating software, and the ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and work in a team environment.
