Office Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ ***** to $ ***** / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 05:00pm)
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Prepare and send invoices and billing statements
Create and manage quotes for clients
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed
Keep office space clean, organized, and fully functional
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Office Manager Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
Ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly
Some to little prior office experience required; training provided
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently
Experience with invoicing, billing, or scheduling
Familiarity with office management tools or software
