Insurance Agent, Broken Bow

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and delivering customized coverage solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales acumen, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service while supporting the growth of our insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective customers to promote insurance products and services. Meet with clients to evaluate current coverage and recommend appropriate solutions. Educate customers on available policies and guide them in selecting coverage that aligns with their needs.Review and recommend updates or modifications to existing policies. Develop customized insurance packages for individuals and businesses. Process policy renewals and assist customers with claims inquiries and submissions. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Provide timely, accurate support by resolving customer and internal inquiries. Promote the agency within the community and generate referrals to other departments. Perform additional duties, as assigned, to support organizational objectives. Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Active insurance license in the applicable state; willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed. Knowledge of insurance products, including Property and Casualty, Life and Health, or Crop Insurance. Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a professional environment.
