Switchboard Operator
Little Rock, AR Monday through Friday 8am-5pm $*****/hr Full-time, excellent benefits
Job Responsibilities Include:
Answer switchboard calls as soon as possible and direct those calls to the appropriate department
Take messages and ensure those messages are given to the appropriate contact
Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, external contacts and staff members
Required Experience:
Clinical experience is preferred, but not required
Knowledge of EPIC Electronic Medical Records software is preferred, but not required
General understanding of medical terminology
