Office Manager (Manufacturing) ⚙️, Cleveland, TN

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our manufacturing team! This isn't just a "sit-at-the-desk" job; you will be the vital link between our front office and our production floor, ensuring orders flow seamlessly from entry to shipment.

Schedule & Compensation ⏰

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Lunch Break: Enjoy a 45-minute break from 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM

• Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Starting pay based on experience)

• Status: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities ️ You will be the "air traffic controller" of our production cycle:

• Order Management: Accurately inputting customer orders into Sage and getting them into the hands of our production team.

• Workflow Coordination: Receiving finished order slips back from the plant and marking them as "Finished/Ready for Shipment."

• Plant Interaction: You won't just be behind a screen! You will head out into the plant several times a day to interact with production employees and track order progress.

• Problem Solving: Using "outside the box" thinking to resolve scheduling hiccups or administrative challenges.

Required Skills & Experience ✅

• Software Proficiency: * Must have Sage (Peachtree) experience. (Candidates with strong QuickBooks experience will be considered but must be ready to work primarily in Sage).
  • Expert-level use of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Attention to Detail: You must be "very" detail-oriented to ensure order accuracy and inventory tracking.

• Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable walking long distances throughout the manufacturing plant daily.

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both executive staff and plant personnel. ️
