Summary of Job Duties
The Construction Management and Civil and Construction Engineering department of the STEM college is seeking to hire multiple Workstudy employees.
The duties of this position will be: Answering phone calls, retrieving and delivering mail and packages, greeting guests and students, and assisting in filing and organization.
This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience:
Must be enrolled at UALR;
High School Diploma/GED;
Must have proof of Federal Workstudy Award.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages;
Greet and welcome guests;
Retrieve, sort, and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail;
Run errands as needed;
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic computer knowledge;
Customer service skills.
