More so of a self sufficient independent worker.3PL experience (we are a micro 3PL) would be huge with focus on ecommerce and Direct to consumer fulfillment (Small packages Pallet jack experience is plus. We ship cannabis accessories, need to be ok with our product niche. What you need in this warehouse Lead position? Pallet Jack experienceBasic computer skills, understanding of how scanners work and package scales.
