When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead.These are the qualifications that matter: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred AWS certification preferred Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Production Robotic Welding Machine Operator Experience with heavy steel or metal fabrication required Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawingsKnowledge of robotic welding equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards Experience with computerized work order systems preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently Ability to stand for 810 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesRole Responsibilities: Operate and monitor robotic welding production systems to ensure safe and efficient production Inspect welded components and verify welding quality according to company standards Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment and machinery Handle, prepare, and package finished components for shipmentWork independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional, multicultural team environment Support continuous improvement initiatives and production efficiency efforts Why This Job?
