The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the Lodi plant, with a strong focus on accurate data entry, recordkeeping, reporting, and day-to-day office support. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Duties
Performs high-volume data entry accurately and efficiently into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Maintains and updates production, inventory, shipping, receiving, quality, and/or employee records as needed. Reviews documents and reports for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.Assists with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing electronic and paper records. Supports plant leadership, supervisors, and office staff with administrative tasks and follow-up items. Prepares routine reports, forms, labels, logs, and other documentation as requested. Communicates with internal departments regarding missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.Assists with purchase orders, invoices, timekeeping records, attendance tracking, or other plant administrative processes as needed. Answers phones, greets visitors, and directs inquiries to the appropriate team member. Maintains confidentiality of employee, business, and company information. Helps ensure office supplies and administrative materials are stocked and organized.Performs general clerical duties and other tasks as assigned. Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required. Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or plant environment is helpful. Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to enter, review, and organize large amounts of information. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, formatting, sorting, and filtering. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Dependable, professional, and able to work well with all levels of the organization. Ability to adjust priorities based on business needs. Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed throughout the workday. Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, copier, scanner, and other office equipment. Ability to occasionally lift or move office supplies or documents up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work in both an office and a manufacturing plant environment as needed.Applicant Data Protection Notice
