Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Freeport office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be closely involved in building a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Handle inbound calls, emails, and general office communication
Organize documents, files, and internal systems
Assist with vendor coordination and general office operations
Support leadership with daily priorities, follow-ups, and task tracking
Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and outreach
Assist with LifeSoils social media (LinkedIn, etc.), including content posting and basic engagement
Help create simple content (posts, captions, updates) as needed
Qualifications
13 years experience in administrative, operations, or similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, etc.
Familiarity with social media platforms
Self-starter with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience in startups or small teams
Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or climate tech
Basic marketing or content creation skills
