Paralegal - Commercial Collections & Judgment Enforcement, Lynbrook

Wein Law Firm is a boutique commercial collections and judgment-enforcement firm in Cedarhurst, NY.
We run a high-volume practice with strong systems and powerful automation.
Position Summary:
Full-time, on-site Paralegal.
Youll own matters from intake through completion, keep records clean, and ensure deadlines and workflow dont slip.
Youll work closely with attorneys and become a key operator in our collections and enforcement process.
Core Responsibilities:
Open and organize new matters (intake, file setup, document management)
Prepare/file/track routine litigation and enforcement documents using streamlined internal tools
Communicate and negotiate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
NY collections/litigation experience is strongly preferred.
You should be detail-obsessed, reliable, and able to run high-volume work without things falling through the cracks.
Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
MCA experience is a huge plus.
