Description
Are you a skilled IT professional looking to make a difference? Join our team as an IT Site Operations Support Technician and provide essential system operations support for break/fix, installation, access control, information assurance, and request fulfillment of IT services including Server, Storage, and Backup.

Position Responsibilities:

System Administration: Manage and administer all Windows Servers and system test consoles (STCs).

Security Compliance: Configure security policies, apply security patches, and perform system updates to maintain compliance and continuous monitoring.

IT Support: Provide IT support to meet Government, Program Security, and Client Security requirements using Enterprise services.

Software and Hardware Management: Manage software and hardware for all Windows Servers within the Program Enterprise.

Infrastructure Collaboration: Partner with other IT Infrastructure Teams to develop, manage, and integrate infrastructure service requirements.

Business Planning: Assist the IT Business Success Leader with business planning, demand management, and prioritization for IT infrastructure services.

Service Escalations: Communicate plans and manage service escalations with other IT infrastructure teams.

Impact Assessment: Lead business impact assessments for production system outages.

Service Delivery Management: Ensure end-to-end service delivery management for IT infrastructure services, meeting business requirements and Service Level Agreements.

Project Prioritization: Partner closely with Program Management, Program Chief of Staff, and the IT Business Success Leader to prioritize and schedule IT projects, initiatives, and service requests.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Active Top Secret

Windows Active Directory Administration Skills

Security Plus Certification

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Active Top Secret/SCI

Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework and Continuous Monitoring Cycle

CISSP

Information Assurance Skills

Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree with typically 5+ years of related work experience, PhD 3 years' related work experience, Master +9 years' related work experience.

 

An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
