Job Description: TS Required to Start / 100% Onsite

In this role you will operate as the Specialized (US) Infrastructure Operations (SUSIO) IT Site Operations Support Technician and provide system operations support for break/fix, installation, access control, information assurance and request fulfillment of IT services including Server, Storage and Backup.

Position Responsibilities:

" Provides system administration and management for all Windows Servers and system test consoles (STCs) supporting the environment.

" Configure security policies and apply necessary security patches and system updates to maintain security compliance and continuous monitoring.

" Provides IT support to satisfy Government, Program Security and Client Security compliance requirements utilizing Enterprise services when applicable.

" Provide the software, hardware, and management of all Windows Servers within the Program Enterprise.

" Partner with other IT Infrastructure Teams to develop, manage, and integrate requirements for infrastructure services to meet business, program, site, and functional needs.

" Assist the IT Business Success Leader performing business planning, demand management, and prioritization for IT infrastructure services.

" Partner with other IT infrastructure teams to communicate plans and manage service escalations.

" Lead business impact assessment for production system outages.

" Lead end-to-end service delivery management for IT infrastructure services to ensure business requirements are met and consistent with Service Level Agreements.

" Partner closely with Program Management, Program Chief of Staff and the IT Business Success Leader to prioritize and schedule IT projects, initiatives and service requests.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

" Windows Active Directory Administration Skills

" Security Plus Certification

" Top Secret, SCI Tier 5 Active must have been active in the last 24 months to be considered active clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

" Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework and Continuous Monitoring Cycle

" CISSP

" Information Assurance Skills

Education/Experience:

Typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Regular and predictable attendance is required

Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
