Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex litigation matters across auto liability, general liability, professional liability, and malpractice.
Collaborate with firm leadership to develop strategic initiatives and elevate legal operations.
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to BGSP's thought leadership and trial excellence.
Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and high-level negotiations.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, claims professionals, and internal teams.
Shape legal strategy through expert motion practice, case assessments, and courtroom advocacy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active California Bar membership
10+ years of litigation experience
, preferably in insurance defense or complex civil litigation
Proven leadership in legal strategy, team development, and client relations
Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence
Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Experience working with top-tier carriers and navigating high-stakes disputes
