About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Student Involvement Officer to join their leadership team.

The Chief Student Involvement Officer will also be a key partner in organizational planning, student engagement strategy, and will work to ensure that student facilities and programs remain vibrant centers of campus life, supporting student success, retention, and belonging.
Applicants for the Chief Student Involvement Officer position at the company should have a Master's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Doctorate, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in student affairs, auxiliary services, or related areas.
The role requires a strong understanding of organizational leadership, fiscal management, personnel management, and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading change, improving operations, and implementing new initiatives, as well as the ability to build strong partnerships across various stakeholders.
