They will provide administrative support to our team of physicians, psychologists, and research coordinators. This is a people-facing role at our front desk/reception./ph3Job Duties/h3ulliWarmly greet and assist study participants in reception areas at all times, especially older adults/liliAnswer incoming calls efficiently while providing superior participant service/liliSchedule participant appointments and internal meetings/liliAssist with participant recruitment and outreach/liliAct as the first point of contact for security or safety concerns/liliProvide clerical and administrative support/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliExcellent communication and social skills in spoken and written English/liliAttention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision/li/ulp$23 - $23 an hour This is a full-time employment position based in-person at our clinic in the Alzheimers Orange County building in Irvine. The starting salary for this position is approximately $23/hr (approximately $47,480 per year). The company pays for 100% of health/dental/vision individual insurance costs for eligible full-time employees. Vacation (PTO) is earned at a rate of 3 weeks per year./p/div
