Beach Front Property Management is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and ready to support leadership while keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll play a key role in supporting executives, coordinating communication, and ensuring day-to-day administrative functions are handled with precision.
What You'll Do
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling
Prepare meeting agendas and materials
Coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners
Support company events, meetings, and logistics
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Track expenses and assist with reimbursements
Provide general administrative support to leadership
Requirements
25+ years of administrative experience
Strong organization and time management skills
Clear communication (written & verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
Nice to Have:
Experience in property management or real estate
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
