Accounting Supervisor

to lead a small but dynamic team within a growing logistics operation. This is a

newly created role —your expertise will directly shape the accounting function! What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor

one direct report! Oversee

AP/AR processes , including invoice approvals, reimbursements, vendor communications, and payment postings. Handle

debit/credit entries , account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Collaborate with the team to

improve manual and system-based accounting processes . Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 5–10 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years supervising others. SAP experience is a plus—but not required! Comfort with manual processes is welcome.Strong communicator, problem-solver, and team leader. Local to Torrance/Carson or able to commit to hybrid onsite schedule (2 days/week; 3 months onsite training). Why You’ll Love This Job: Hybrid Flexibility:
