Employment Type: 12-month contract  

Compensation: $100,000K +, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, hybrid flexibility

What you'll do: 

  • Review current suppliers and find better or backup options to improve delivery and reduce costs
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers 
  • Coordinate logistics (shipping, warehousing, distribution) to ensure on-time delivery 
  • Identify and implement improvements to make the supply chain more efficient and cost-effective 
  • Conduct supplier audits when needed 
  • Identify risks (delays, quality issues, global factors) and put plans in place to prevent disruptions 
  • Work closely with engineering, production, sales, and finance teams to keep operations running smoothly

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management is required 
  • Minimum of 7 years of Project Management is required 
  • Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems 
  • Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
