Dispatcher Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated dispatcher to join our fast-paced team.
This role requires a strong background in logistics, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail in all aspects of coordination and recordkeeping.
Pay: $*****/hr.
Schedule: Night shift; will train on days then move to nights once trained.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch drivers, equipment, and materials to job sites efficiently and safely.
Maintain clear communication between field crews, drivers, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Track job progress, delivery times, and scheduling changes.
Assist with basic payroll functions, including verifying timesheets and job tickets for accuracy.
Support inventory and yard organization as needed.
Handle documentation, data entry, and reporting with precision and timeliness.
Qualifications
Background in logistics, dispatching, or oilfield operations required.
Proficient with math and capable of handling calculations for scheduling, mileage, and load data.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to adapt and take on additional duties as needed.
