Fast paced commercial real estate company is looking for a maintenance technician to join our maintenance staff.

 

SUMMARY:

The job includes a great variety of maintenance tasks such as preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems; drywall and painting; landscaping etc.

Deploying from the office in company vehicle

8-hour shift, M-F with on call responsibilities 1 week a month

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

At least 5+ years of experience as a commercial maintenance technician

General understanding of electrical and plumbing systems

Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

Worming knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

Preferably with an HVAC License

Must possess a valid driver's license

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
