Manufacturing Quality Control Specialist

How you'll make an impact Support the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies

Apply established standards to manufacturing and assembly processes

Provide reporting on quality activities, progress, and outcomes

Perform daily tracking and observation of inprocess inspections

Support quality documentation and inspection record completion

Assist with audits and nonconforming material controls

Promote quality awareness through training support

Partner with manufacturing teams on customerspecific requirements

Your background Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business Operations, Engineering, or related field

At least 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing operations

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes

Proven ability to address quality issues efficiently and effectively
