The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance with nonprofit and healthcare regulatory requirements.
This role plays a critical part in the monthly close process, audit support, and financial analysis, while partnering with operational leaders across the organization.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting or business field with concentration in Accounting/Finance required.
CPA preferred
Five+ years of accounting experience required
Nonprofit, healthcare or senior living experience preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting
Experience with ERP Systems (e.g. MatrixCare, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills required
Knowledge of Adobe preferred
