Transportation & Maintenance Secretary
Salary/Benefits:
261 yearly work days, 8 hour day ($*****-$***** an hour)
$30,000 life insurance policy

$300 monthly towards insurance (if you take school insurance)
5 state leave days yearly, 4 local leave days yearly, 10 vacation days yearly
Position Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED Certificate
Valid Texas Driver's License
Must pass background checks & fingerprinting
Must be willing to obtain a CDL with an endorsement to drive a school bus
Must be able to pass a drug test
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Computer, Office Equipment & Payroll Skills/Experience
Strong organizational, communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to compile & maintain data and complete reports required by district policies, state laws and federal laws
Ability to schedule drivers, use of vehicles or buses as required by various organizations within the district
Ability to collect & schedule work orders across district facilities
Ability to enter Purchase Orders and work with Accounts Payable
Willingness to complete training & licensing required/requested by the District
Other duties as assigned by maintenance/Transportation Director or Superintendent
