Key Responsibilities: Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner Perform routine property inspections to identify potential maintenance or safety issues Clean and maintain exterior areas of the property including sidewalks, parking lots, dumpster enclosures and groundsAssist with the upkeep of common areas and amenities (pool area, dog parks, etc) Complete make readies / unit turns as needed Support the on-site Property Manager with other duties as assigned Ensure outside vendors are completing work in an efficient way that meets Townhouse South’s standards Requirements: Prior experience in multifamily maintenance required Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the property looking its best Ability to work independently and with a team Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance proceduresAbility to complete a unit turn / make ready is REQUIRED (sheetrock patching, repairs, painting, etc) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., bending, walking, standing for long periods) #ZIPDH BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
