Landscape Service Technician, Franklin

We are looking for Crew Members - placement would be based on experience and knowledge of the green industry.
Production Responsibilities:
Practices safety protocols established by the company
Follows company policies and procedures
Maintains and conveys a professional and positive image of Clean-Cut Lawn and Landscaping
Engages in positive interactions with customers
Miscellaneous Responsibilities:
Operates company equipment safely
Arrives to work on time
Other tasks assigned as necessary
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Experience in green industry or trades field
Stoop/bend/lift up to 50 lbs.
and stand/walk for periods of 8 hours or more required
Must be willing to work overtime
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care maintenance including mowing and edging
Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
Prune trees and shrubs to ensure optimal growth
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
Assist with garden bed maintenance and weeding
Communicate effectively with team memebers
Experience:
Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
