Job Description Job Description Residential Landscape Crew Member
Location: Charleston & Mount Pleasant
Pay: $11–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (OT and occasional Saturdays at time and a half)
We are an established residential landscape company serving high-end homes in the Charleston and Mount Pleasant area.
This is not commercial mow-and-go work.
We focus on detailed, high-quality landscape maintenance and installation.
What You'll Do:
Mowing, edging, and running weedeaters & blowers
Precision pruning and detailed trimming
Raking, shoveling, spreading mulch and gravel
Installing soil, sod, plants, and other landscape materials
Assisting with irrigation installs and repairs
Lifting and working outdoors all day
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all weather
Takes pride in clean, finished results
Team player who stays focused (no phone use during work)
Experience in lawn care, plant ID, pruning, irrigation, or commercial equipment is a plus
Requirements:
Physically fit
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation to Mount Pleasant
