Customer Support Specialist, Franklin

Job Title: Customer Care Specialist
Locations: Hales Corners, WI
Expected Rate: $*****/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-9p and Saturdays 8a-5p.
Typical shifts are 10a-7p, 11a-8p and 12p-9p CST.
The Customer Care Specialist will handle basic customer calls related to the upcoming system conversion and the customer transition associated with the American National Bank merger.
They will be responsible for initial diagnosis of issues and escalating to more senior representatives when needed.
1-2 years of experience in call handling
Logging into accounts, escalating issues
Some financial experience is preferred
