All duties as assigned by CTE Director Job Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties Work closely with campus and department secretaries, teachers, supervisors, and administrators Maintain a department calendar Input travel requests Verify and check travel reports for accuracy and funding Education and Experience

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Associates Degree or 2 yrs. college preferred Experience Required: General office experience; One to three years secretarial experience preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication abilities; Computer and clerical skills; Accuracy is imperative Physical/Mental Demands

Maintain control under stress and meet deadlines Additional Duties: As assigned
