Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9am - 5pm (full time) WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage accounts payable&receivable Enter&pay bills, track due dates Maintain&update records in Quickbooks Support payroll processing Assist with insurance tracking&documentation Keep files&records organized WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Some experience with Quickbooks or bookkeeping (required) Basic understanding of AP/AR or willingness to learn quickly Strong attention to detail&organization Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership Experience in Oilfield&Construction is a plus.
