The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a

safe, clean, and professionally managed site , ensuring that facility operations, grounds, and external services effectively support plant operations. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for

site appearance, vendor management, and facility coordination , working closely with maintenance, EHS, and plant leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

daily facility and grounds operations , including landscaping, irrigation, exterior upkeep, waste services, and general site appearance Coordinate and manage

third-party vendors and contractors , ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards Conduct

routine inspections

and proactively address facility or grounds issues Track and prioritize

facility-related work orders

and follow-ups Support

EHS programs and compliance , including contractor safety and site standards Manage

fire protection system testing, inspections, and repairs Coordinate

small facility improvements and projects Assist with

facility-related emergency response

as needed What This Role Owns

site appearance and upkeep Vendor performance and accountability Timely resolution of

facility-related issues Coordination across

facilities, maintenance, and EHS Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Strong organizational and vendor coordination skills required Exposure to vendor coordination, including working with service providers, gathering quotes, and supporting facility-related purchasing needs Experience in

facilities, grounds, or contractor supervision

preferred Working knowledge of

safety standards and facility systems Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment Experience with

work order/CMMS systems
