QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years of personal injury experience preferred
Litigation experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of South Carolina auto insurance law Ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and respect in client and team interactions
Strong organizational, negotiation, and courtroom skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as lead attorney on personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation
Develop case strategy and drive cases toward resolution or trial
Maintain high standards of client service and responsiveness
