We're hiring a VP of Data Engineering & Analytics for a full-time fully remote role based in the U.S. at a fast growing iGaming company operating across online casino and sportsbook products.
The company is scaling rapidly in a competitive, data-driven market and is investing heavily in modern data infrastructure, leveraging technologies like Snowflake/BigQuery, dbt, Python, and AWS to power real-time insights and player analytics.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a true player-coach leadership role where you'll own the entire data function end-to-end while still staying deeply hands-on.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python
Experience building and scaling data pipelines and data warehouses
Background in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or high-volume consumer platforms
Deep understanding of KPIs such as LTV, CAC, retention, and churn
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
Familiarity with real-time data streaming (Kafka or similar)
Fraud detection or risk analytics experience
Prior experience leading small, high-impact teams
Exposure to experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
