The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a psychologist to join the Child&Adolescent Program. You will work to provide integrative behavioral health care to pediatric youth and their families, with a focus on evidence-based assessment, intervention, and consultation within multidisciplinary neurology care settings. You will deliver individual, group, and family interventions, conduct behavioral health screenings and provide tailored consultations during multidisciplinary neurology clinic visits. Additional short-term outpatient therapy may be provided to youth and families identified as needing further support, with treatment plans customized to patient and family needs.Salary range: $58.54/hr - $77.20/hr Work Location: Los Angeles, CA, USA Employment Type: 2 - Staff: Career Duration: Indefinite Job # 30221 PhD or PsyD in Psychology Valid CA Psychology License Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions for pediatric populationsTraining and experience with psychological assessment tools and standardized testing Experience conducting behavioral analyses and implementing behavior intervention strategies Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish rapport with patients and families Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills Proficiency with common computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) Ability to work flexible schedule to meet department needs
